Who we are
ARLT DIGITAL is the trading name of ARLT LTD, a company registered in Scotland (company no. SC900600) with its registered office at 35 Ruthven Place, St Andrews, Fife, KY16 8SJ. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
The data we collect
When you contact us through our enquiry form, we collect the information you provide: your full name, business name, sector, email address, mobile number and any project description you choose to include. We may also receive technical data such as your IP address and browser details when you visit our site. Analytics cookies, where enabled, load only after you give consent and help us understand how the site is used.
How we use your data
We use your enquiry information to respond to your request for a digital audit, to prepare a proposal, and — where you have agreed — to send occasional updates about our services. We do not sell your data. Processing is carried out under our legitimate interests in responding to your enquiry and, for marketing updates, under your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Legal basis and your rights
Your data is processed under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. You have the right to access, correct, restrict or delete your personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). To exercise any of these rights, email info@arltdigital.com.
How long we keep your data
Enquiry data is retained for the duration of any active engagement and for a reasonable period afterwards to respond to follow-up questions. Where no engagement follows, we delete enquiry details within 24 months unless you ask us to keep in touch, in which case we retain your contact details until you withdraw consent.
Cookies
We use essential cookies required to run this site. Optional analytics cookies load only with your consent, which you can set using the cookie banner. You can revisit your choice at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.
